  • Duplicate Payment: If you accidentally made multiple payments for the same service
  • Technical Error: If a proven technical error resulted in incorrect payment processing
  • Service Not Delivered: If we fail to deliver the agreed service within the scope described

Important: Dissatisfaction with product content, change of mind, or deciding you no longer need the product are NOT grounds for refund consideration.
